I really enjoy thinking about and designing the variety of set ups asked for in every bespoke cake smash I do and this one for little Maisie was no exception. Mum wanted a navy and gold theme which suited this little girl perfectly and really set off her beautiful little face. She really got stuck in though and wasn’t clean for long! Trying to lift her cake and give bits to Mum and both Maisie’s Grandmothers who had also joined us for the session, and as for the faces she pulled….these were priceless and helped capture some great images for all as well as giving everyone some fantastic memories of the day.
When you book in for a bespoke cake smash with me at Samphire Photography I discuss what colours and or themes you would like for the session and then go away and design everything for you so that when you come into the studio all your dreams are met. I provide an outfit for the session if you wish, you just need to come along with a pre smash outfit that you would like your little one to be photographed in or I can also provide this too, you just need to ask. Don’t forget we always finish the session with a splash in the tub to clean up before you leave…and if you are lucky there may even be some cake to take home with you 🙂
