Baby Girl Newborn Photographer | Baby Violet, 3 1/2 weeks old

Samphire Photography a West Sussex newborn photographer horsham

Meet the adorable little Violet who came to see me at Samphire Photography, a Baby Girl Newborn Photographer Horsham, aged 3 1/2 weeks old. She was the most chilled out baby and even when she opened her incredible eyes during the head on hand pose, she was quite content to just lay there and look at the camera. Daddy was close by at all times though, as with all my sessions I always put your baby’s safety first over images.  In terms of colour schemes for the session I just had to feature purples to tie in with her gorgeous name…. I am a tiny bit biased though, as this was my Grandmother’s and is my great-niece’s name and I really really love it.

I do wonder whether she was more chilled out being that much older, or whether this was just her nature. Many newborn photographers only work with newborns up to 2 weeks old, but my experience has taught me that fantastic newborn images can be achieved with babies much older. I generally work with newborns who are up to a month old, but I have photographed a 6 week old for a newborn session which has provided Mum and Dad with some amazing images.

I have photographed Violet again since this session and she is still an amazing little chilled out girl much loved by her Mummy and Daddy and I hope I get the pleasure of being able to photograph her again soon.

Here are a few of my favourite images from the session, I hope you agree that she definitely suits her name.  Enjoy xx
