Oh my word! Look at that beautiful face! Mum had requested a bespoke woodland fairy theme for her daughter’s first birthday Cake Smash photoshoot. And I am SO glad she did. I’ve not styled one quite like this before in the Samphire studio, so this gave me the perfect excuse to go shopping. I didn’t need telling twice – I was in toadstool heaven! And judging from all those fabulous expressions, so was the birthday girl, Aaliyah. What a way to celebrate your first birthday. Turning one, wearing fairy wings and eating cake. Happy days!
I just love the look of the natural wood and ‘naked’ cake. It’s perfect for an outdoors inside, woodland feel.
She was such a happy little lady. I was spoilt for choice with all the images I captured.
